Vazantha Meyers has over 18 years of extensive experience in all matters of discovery and has led managed review operations for the last 13 years. Her teams have managed both traditional first-pass reviews, complex issue coding and privilege reviews, and technology-assisted reviews, including predictive coding and continuous active learning. Vazantha has developed standard operating procedures, discovery manuals, playbooks, and countless educational presentations related to discovery practices and managed review. Also, Vazantha consults with over a dozen corporate clients on electronic discovery best practices, data preservation, and managed review workflows. She is a member of HaystackID’s Corporate Consulting Group, also leads the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Group, and participates in the company’s Mentorship Program as a mentor.

Vazantha attended Valparaiso University School of Law, where she graduated as a Monsanto Honors Scholar. She also is an attorney in Illinois and provides pro bono services through non-profit organizations.
