By HaystackID Staff

When HaystackID’s VP and General Counsel Ashish Prasad was a senior associate at Mayer Brown, he found himself at the forefront of a transformative period in legal history. He managed the eDiscovery process for a massive antitrust matter and served as the Executive Editor and Principal Author of the first edition of the Sedona Principles: Best Practices, Recommendations, and Principles for Addressing Electronic Document Production

“That guide became the roadmap for eDiscovery across the country because eDiscovery was so new, and the corporate legal departments and law firms needed guidance on how to handle electronic data in litigation and investigations,” Ashish said.
