Chambers Litigation Support Guide for 2020: HaystackID Recognition
Within the recently published (June 25, 2020) and highly prestigious Chambers Litigation Support 2020 Guide, both HaystackID and HaystackID’s Vice President and General Counsel, Ashish Prasad, were recognized and ranked as eDiscovery leaders in the United States.
The Chambers rankings are a banded ranking system for law firms, organizations, and individuals as selected and published regularly by Chambers and Partners. The Chambers Guides are an important part of the vendor and consultant selection process for many law firms and corporations.
The banded rankings for organizations and lawyers are based on surveys and significant achievements with an aggregate rating band assigned by Chambers to those being recognized. The bands are from 1 (highest) through 6 (lowest). However, being ranked in any band is considered a significant achievement. Qualities considered in the rankings include:
+ Technical Legal Ability
+ Professional Conduct
+ Client Service
+ Commercial Astuteness
+ Diligence
+ Commitment
+ Additional Qualities as Highlighted By Clients
Within the USA nationwide eDiscovery litigation support rankings, only 19 providers were selected and ranked by Chambers. HaystackID was selected as a Band 3 provider.
Additionally, only nine lawyers were highlighted by Chambers as ranked lawyers in eDiscovery litigation support. Ashish Prasad, Vice President and General Counsel of HaystackID, was selected as a Band 1 eDiscovery lawyer, the highest rating possible in the Chambers ranking methodology.
