ACEDS #DataUnmasked | Kristin Lindsey on CoreFlex: Turning Service Vision into Repeatable, Measurable Client Outcomes (October 30, 2025)
By HaystackID Staff
ACEDS #DataUnmasked series features an expert conversation with Kristin Lindsey, Vice President of Client Services at HaystackID®. The discussion centers on how a modern client-service organization translates strategic vision into predictable outcomes, using HaystackID’s CoreFlex—an automation-first, cloud-native interface that unifies matter management, access controls, workflows, and reporting—alongside disciplined service practices. The interview highlights how CoreFlex supports both self-service and full-service legal discovery, enabling teams to scale, control costs, and maintain compliance while preserving transparency and accountability. For cybersecurity, information governance, and eDiscovery professionals, the program offers a clear view into service design choices that improve quality, accelerate onboarding, and reduce variance across teams and matters. It further addresses how mechanisms such as voice of the customer, POD team structures, and analytics-driven playbooks strengthen review operations and incident readiness. By connecting technology capabilities with service governance, the session provides actionable perspective on improving client experience, operational efficiency, and measurable value in high-stakes matters.
