Task Force Movement – Illinois
May 22, 2024 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm CDT
By HaystackID Staff
Creating opportunities for veterans in the legal industry builds a more robust, diverse workforce. In a Law.com interview, Matt Reeder, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and an associate at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, said, “This is a population of people who have a strong work ethic, values, aptitude, and grit.”
HaystackID’s Nate Latessa, EVP of Advisory Services, Anya Korolyov, VP of Cyber Incident Response and Advanced Technologies Group, and Vazantha Meyers, VP of Discovery Services, will attend Task Force Movement (TFM)—Illinois on May 22. At the upcoming event, TFM will bring together transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, and industry stakeholders to improve economic and national security outcomes.
TFM is not just a standalone initiative, but a collaborative effort that aims to develop and implement recommendations for safe and responsible career transitions for the military-connected community. This community includes service members, veterans, and military spouses, who are transitioning into the civilian workforce across the nation. The nonprofit leverages partnerships with various entities, including the private sector, labor unions, veteran organizations, academic and vocational training institutions, and state and federal government partners, to achieve its objectives.
