ReviewRight Match is a process supported by proprietary technology that helps identify attorneys who excel at document review through work sampling to measure the accuracy of document review attorneys.

As part of the ReviewRight Match offerings, ReviewRight hires all contractors for all matters that it staffs and ensures all attorney reviewers are US admitted. The ReviewRight reviewer selection program is as follows:

Program Approach

Qualifying Score

After receiving a qualifying score based on precision, recall, and productivity during past reviews, qualifying reviewers become a member of the ReviewRight Silver Team. The Silver Team is a team of qualified reviewers that based on performance should give customers optimized performance in document reviews.

Average Metrics Score

After three engagements where reviewers have an average Metrics Score (Review Rating Scale), of 3.5 or above, reviewers are promoted to the ReviewRight Gold Team and have a chance to earn elevated compensation based on superior review performance. The Gold Team is the ReviewRight pool of qualified reviewers that gives customers the highest rated reviewers available for critical review projects.

ReviewRight and Performance

After three to six months of working with ReviewRight and performing successfully as part of QC/Log Teams, ReviewRight Match attorneys can be selected for Mentor/Mentee Team Lead/Review Manager (RM) program. This selection also offers qualifying attorneys another opportunity for increased compensation and responsibility.

Solve Matters and Be Inspired

Finally, after several successful matters, attorneys can become a ReviewRight Manager and qualify for an additional increase in compensation and responsibility.

Review Managers

Review Manager Approach

Team review structure with teams of 1st level reviewers led by a QC team lead that is responsible for quality control and ensuring instructions from outside counsel and Review Manager are understood and followed.

At least one Review Manager should be assigned to oversee each team with the lead Review Manager of the case being the lead point of contact.

Typically one QC/Team Lead for every ten reviewers.

ReviewRight also has technically advanced Review Managers that have Administrative Rights to database to help develop and streamline more productive workflows.

Second Level, QC, Team Leads, and RM

Good to use contract attorneys with 3-5 years of substantive knowledge on subject matter be being reviewed, provides better efficiency, risk management, and knowledge transfer to legal team.

First Pass Review

Less substantive tends to be more efficient: look for skills of speed reading, issue spotting, comprehension, and quick decision making.

The ReviewRight Match review attorney ranking system provides ReviewRight with vast amounts of attorney data to build the most efficient and cost-effective team in a matter of hours (an unprecedented capability in the industry). ReviewRight measures every review attorney based off of an initial review test, measuring speed and accuracy of review and on-going case-assessments, measuring past review performance. Based on these measurements, ReviewRight utilizes a 1 to 5-star rating scale using ranking metrics to be able to quickly bring together review teams and accurately price engagements based on selected and scheduled team.
