[Webcast] AI on Trial: An In-House Counsel Roundtable on 2026 Case Law and the Road to 2027

Enterprises have experienced challenges over the past few years as they grapple with technological developments in artificial intelligence (AI). During 2026, courts issued several decisions affecting AI-related issues in connection with litigation and the discovery process. As the law attempts to keep pace with the rapid pace of AI technological advances, enterprises must also try to stay current with case law developments on AI that may impact their operations. In this informative program, in-house counsel from various organizations will discuss their views about recent AI case law developments and share how they believe those developments will impact organizations in 2027 and beyond.

Topics of discussion for this webcast will include:

  • The nature and extent of requirements that courts may have imposed on parties using AI-assisted document review workflows.
  • Protective order practices regarding AI-restrictive provisions and whether courts will actually enforce those provisions.
  • The application of the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine to AI-generated materials.
