The CLM is dedicated to meeting the professional development needs of the claims and litigation management profession. The Impacts of Covid-19 on Litigation
This CE/CLE will explore the impacts the pandemic has had on claims handling, new challenges associated with standard defenses to claims, new causes of action, and overall impacts and considerations due to changes in discovery and trial continuances. It will provide an overview of how the courts across the country handle some of these issues and things to keep in mind as we defend matters in this new era.
