HaystackID LLC is currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our highly successful operations team.
Position Summary: A HaystackID Senior Consultant provides high-level support and strategic advice to HaystackID clients on all facets of the EDRM model. HaystackID Senior Consultants support clients by implementing documented best practices and workflows, while also leveraging resources to create solutions that enhance the client experience. Our Senior Consultants are the primary source of client project contact, status communication, sales engineering, and planning. Senior Consultants lead most client meetings, and they build the documentation and for project-specific procedures, protocols, workflows, logs, etc. Senior Consultants contribute to business development efforts by attending scoping efforts for potential projects – most often in a consultative role. Our Senior Consultants document scope changes and work with our Sales team to deliver addendums and additional documentation.
Hours for this position are 3 pm-12 am PST.

Tier 1 Responsibilities
+ Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives maintains ownership over the service delivery relationship, and drives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
+ Ensures client and project requirements are being met with the highest quality and accuracy through verification and communicating routinely with both the client and internal partners.
+ Consistently delivers proactive communication with clients and when client issues arise, addresses issues, expedites requests, and/or escalates.
+ Demonstrates leadership to both the client and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
+ Instills confidence with the client and serves as a primary public face of HaystackID.
+ Collaborate with development and technical teams on enhancing the eDiscovery platform.
+ Prepares recommendations, budgets and project plans for Managed Service clients.
+ Participates in RFI/RFP process.
+ Assists preparing manuals, department documentation, and instruction materials for training personnel.
+ Works with members of other technology groups at HaystackID to resolve technical problems that may arise.
+ Handles multiple projects and priorities under stressful circumstances.
+ Serves as a non-sales team lead on client deliverable or experience issues and demonstrates calm, effective leadership during the resolution phase.
+ Serves as a mentor to less experienced members of the department.
Perform hands-on work in support of eDiscovery projects, including:
+ Coordinating data processing tasks with the Data Analyst Team, reviewing processing reports, and updating clients on status of data processing.
+ Analyzing load files received with production data and image-format data.
+ Building search queries and executing search requests to assist clients with identifying documents of interest.
+ Assembling document distribution sets and document review batches based on client parameters.
+ Assembling and preparing document sets for production using client-specified protocols or HaystackID’s best practices.
+ Creating production sets and exporting productions.
+ Providing platform training sessions to clients.
+ Consult with clients on data Forensics and eDiscovery requirements and workflows, including:
+ Technical specifications for data harvesting and processing.
+ Required format for migration data and image format data from third parties and scan shops.
+ Exceptions data and other issues encountered during data processing.
+ Analytics solutions, such as concept analysis and technology-assisted review, Message threading, near- duplicate, etc.
+ Keyword searching and culling protocols.
+ Document review workflows.
+ Production protocols.
+ Manage all project communications, providing proactive status updates and supplying substantive responses to inquiries from clients, case teams, HaystackID internal departments, and others.
+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project deliverables, including productions, reports, and other deliverables.
+ Create and maintain all project documentation, including data processing requirements, project workflows, production specifications, and search protocols.
+ Perform project administrative tasks including analyzing project audits, maintaining billing numbers, and validating month-end project billable services.
Investigate client complaints and facilitate resolutions, including:
+ Investigating and troubleshooting reports of connectivity problems or system performance issues.
+ Answering questions of Review platform functionality and usage.
+ Engaging on issues relating to project data or workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
+ 5+ years of Discovery/Discovery Consulting experience.
+ Demonstrated experience in the Discovery lifecycle including document collection, processing, review, and production.
+ 3+ years’ experience working with Relativity.
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in utilizing Technology-Assisted Review platforms including the ability to explain the benefits and workflows of example technologies.
+ Proficient in kCura Relativity workspace set-up including, but not limited to, analytics, user set- up and group permissions, coding layouts, running complex keyword and dtSearch queries, and workflow customization such as indexing, set-up of views, field/choices, persistent highlighting sets, etc.
+ Relativity Certification (RCA, Relativity Analytics, or Relativity Project Management Specialist)
+ Experience with processing software (Relativity, LAW, Nuix, etc)
+ Communicate effectively to both internal and external clients.
+ Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities.
+ Ability to effectively delegate workload and communicate instructions.
+ Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and execute complex and voluminous data forensics and electronic discovery engagements.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Exceptional analytical, issue-spotting and problem-solving skills – demonstrated capability to quickly analyze complex factual situations, evaluate key risk issues and make appropriate decisions.
+ Self-starter with ability to work independently under time-sensitive deadlines and other business pressures.
+ Outstanding presentation, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to influence diverse groups of senior professionals.
+ Work beyond regular business hours will be required.
