DESCRIPTION:HaystackID is honored to have our VP of Discovery Services\, Vazantha Meyers\, nominated to join the faculty of EDI’s Sixth Annual Judicial Training Symposium. This intensive\, two-day training program is designed specifically for members of the federal judiciary and will take place on November 15-16\, 2023\, at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells in California. \nExpert Presentation \nConsiderations for Privilege Logging & Redacting\nWednesday\, November 15th at 11:15am-12:15pm PDT \nThe creation of a privilege log and privilege redactions are arguably one of the most expensive components of discovery and can lead to costly disputes amongst the parties. Nevertheless\, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and FRE 502 both anticipate the use of automation and categorical logs. This session will explore how parties can streamline this process.
