QC Analyst
Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Travel Required: < 10%
Position Summary:
Responsible for the Quality Control of processed data for internal hosting and production. Ensures data meets the standards of Project Managers, clients, and regulatory bodies. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
Essential Job Duties:
- Interpret job requirements to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
- Run validation routines to verify output quality.
- Modify/update data using proprietary tools.
- Follow established QC measures to maintain data consistency.
- Maintain project tracking and QC logs.
- Apply critical thinking to select appropriate tools and workflows.
- Communicate clearly and provide frequent status updates.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in forensics, e-discovery, or litigation support management.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Experience with platforms like Relativity, NUIX, iPRO, Clearwell, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and follow-through abilities.
- Flexible schedule and eagerness to learn.
Education & Experience Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
