POSITION SUMMARY
As IR Data Mining Analyst, you will report to the Director of Data Normalization. In this role, you will be responsible for large data extraction related to cyber incident response matters and other e-discovery matters. This role will focus on analysis, recognizing patterns, and identifying efficiencies in extracting target information from unrelated data. In this role, you will be part of a team working closely with the senior leadership and use your analytical, research, and investigative skills.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise and communicate effectively with cross-border teams, including Senior Consultants, Project Management, and Managed Review Management
- Perform data extraction and normalization for Cyber Incident Response large-scale projects
- Provide internal daily updates to project leads
- Facilitating daily quality control evaluation
- Responsible for monitoring progress toward goals and completion
- Handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully
- Leverage resources to create solutions that achieve project goals and delegate appropriately
- Track billable hours accurately daily
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Outstanding time management skills – should be able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior data manipulation skills, including matching, comparing and text manipulation, using proprietary platforms and more public tools, e.g., Excel, Sharepoint, Power Query
- Familiarity with text editors, including regular expressions and batch files
- Relativity and SQL experience preferred
- Position may require work outside of normal business hours to fit the needs of the client.

Salary range is $60-80k.
