Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Shift: Wednesday–Sunday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM ET
Travel Required: Less than 10%

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and adaptable Data Analyst to handle data processing and post-export data manipulation using various technology services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client needs and quality outcomes.

Essential Job Duties

  • Process data using tools like NUIX and Relativity (importing, filtering, TIFFing, numbering, exporting).
  • Build custom deliverables per client specifications.
  • Maintain project tracking sheets and generate client reports (e.g., exception, exclusion, custom reports).
  • Apply critical thinking to use the correct workflows and tools for each task.
  • Communicate effectively and provide regular status updates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with legal vendors or related entities.
  • Strong team collaboration and proven team player.
  • Technical experience with tools such as:
    • Concordance
    • Summation
    • Relativity
    • NUIX
    • Mindseye
    • iPRO
    • LAW
    • Catalyst
    • Clearwell
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
    • Adobe Acrobat Standard/Professional
  • Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and manage follow-ups effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to flexible schedules.

Education & Experience Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
