POSITION SUMMARY

The Advisory Services Project Manager is a critical position within our company, crucial in steering, orchestrating, and guaranteeing the execution of our advisory service engagements. This role demands an individual who can collaborate with clients, gaining an intimate understanding of their unique goals and objectives. The Advisory Services Project Manager coordinates cross-functional project teams, drawing on their expertise to create and implement tailored solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Engagement: Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, building strong relationships and meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advisory projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, foster a collaborative work environment, and ensure team members’ professional growth and development.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and implement effective solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables meets or exceeds both client expectations and industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Reporting: Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Business Development: Assist in the identification and development of new business opportunities and the preparation of proposals.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in advisory services or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Salary range is $110-120k.
