His practice focuses primarily on white collar criminal defense\, internal corporate investigations\, compliance\, and complex business litigation. He assists companies and individuals in investigating\, responding to\, and defending against government scrutiny\, whistleblower complaints\, and enforcement actions related to allegations of bribery\, fraud\, accounting misrepresentations\, kickbacks\, money laundering\, and other ethical lapses.
