October 15 at 8:30am PST\nThe Biden Administration and major corporations across the United States announced a variety of corporate diversity initiatives in 2021. These initiatives have included\, among other things\, programs to increase the recruitment and retention of minority and women employees\, and programs to increase minority and woman-owned suppliers to corporations and government agencies. Few lawyers have a solid understanding of what types of provisions of corporate diversity programs are permissible under current law\, and what are reasonable expectations as to future Supreme Court rulings in the law of corporate diversity programs.
