DESCRIPTION:Held as part of ILTACON’s four-day educational conference\, Litigation Support Day on August 21\, 2019\, is a new concept in educational programming at ILTACON\, featuring a day of SPARK (Short\, Provocative\, Action-oriented\, Realistic\, and Knowledgeable) talks by leaders in the industry. \nOrganized by David Hasman of Bricker & Eckler\, David Horrigan of Relativity\, and Philip Weldon of Fried Frank\, this day will be moderated by David Horrigan\, and the program will feature presentations on everything from cloud transformation to career development and job interview techniques. The day will wrap up with a keynote presentation by Justice Tanya Kennedy\, New York State Supreme Court\, New York County\, followed by the ACEDS Cocktail Reception. \n\nLitigation Support Day Agenda  \n  \nSession One: Litigation Support State of the Union\n+ 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM \nJoy Heath Rush\, ILTA CEO\, will kick off our day with opening remarks and then Mary Mack of ACEDS will deliver a Litigation Support State of the Union.
