An Opportunity for Thanks: A Commitment to Our Friends, Partners, and Customers

This year has been a great challenge for each of us, regardless of our professional position or family role. It has also been a year that has provided us a unique opportunity to truly see and appreciate the many things we should be thankful for and the many ways in which we can share our thanks.
As CEO of HaystackID, one of the many things I am thankful for is the ongoing consideration and support of the friends, partners, and customers of HaystackID. With this spirit of thankfulness in mind, I wanted to highlight how our team at HaystackID is committed to showing thanks to everyone we come into contact with, at any time, for any reason, during any season. While encapsulated in a previously published article by one of our staff members, the following “commitments” paint a strong picture of our professional dedication and deserving loyalty to our friends, partners, and customers.

+ Affection: Strong fondness. We are committed to genuinely holding your best interests as our highest priority.
+ Comfort: Lessening severity. We are committed to communicating and setting expectations in a manner that keeps you apprised of project status to ensure no surprises.
+ Encouragement: Helpful support. We are committed to being easy to work with and helping you feel positive when communicating with us.
+ Respect: Deferential regard. We are committed to understanding that ultimately you are in charge of your decisions and that our responsibility to help you with such choices is not to be taken lightly.
+ Security: Freedom from risk. We are committed to eliminating risk for you at every point while still meet your needs.
+ Support: Tolerant endurance. We are committed to supporting you by keeping an eye on the desired result instead of the immediate request or response.
+ Understanding: Compassionate comprehension. We are committed to seeking to not only understand what you are saying but seeking to understand the context of your requirement.
By considering these attributes carefully and committing to them liberally and daily, we hope to continue to show how truly thankful we are for the opportunity to work with and for you as our friends, partners, and customers.
